?Non-Preorders? - Guild Wars Forums

Well Im a bit confused. I bought the game today, mind you I havnt been waiting all that long for it, and realized that the game is in pre order opening only right now. Funny part is when I tried to log in with my newly created account it says my email adress was not found, anyone know if this will be a prob when the game goes public in...t minus 1h?

Hmm, id send an email to the support team. Did you enter the correct email address? as i make stupid mistakes when im tired, lol.

pretty sure I entered the right one, but to be sure il try some, spelling adjustments, with it. I did post something on guildwars.com but they merely directed me to some already answered questions that didnt seem to be of any help... I intend to keep tying though Il post back if theres any update

I used the support links at guildwars.com and i had a person repsond to me within a few hours. Impressed with there quick responses but im sure there fully staffed for this big event

Thats probably true, I just realized it wont recognize any e-mail adress. Kinda odd really. To be sure I lowered my firewall and still nothin

Have a friend send an email to your account which you registered the game with, and see if you receive any emails.

Now, when you registered, it will only recognise that email address, not any others. Did you use a valid or current email addy? I just used my Primary one.

well yea, also I entered my plaync account name in it and it opened the web browser to plaync in the account login page

Also Ive traced it back to probably entering the wrong spelling in the account creation page...not sure if nc soft can help me there, hopefully.

Well, if you did a typo in the email addy, try to re-enter the email addy with the same typo and if you get in, edit your account info and enter your correct address.

Hope you get this problem fixed soon

I think so but they will prolly email it to your email address you registered with

Hmm, not sure. Try the support area of guildwars.com. Maybe even call them as im not sure what your next step would be..

I have the same problems, sent an email to support - hopefully they can clear it up. If anyone hears back from them before I do, post what they reccomend
